Welcome to De Andres Designiin – a Helsinki-based studio and boutique where Finnish design classics and vintage furniture are given a new life through restoration and creative reinterpretation.

Founded by Irina de Andres-Donner — a designer, restorer and advocate for the circular economy. Every piece of furniture is carefully selected and restored with passion: preserving its history while opening the door to a contemporary look.

Irina began her career as a restorer in a small atelier on Kasarmikatu and has since expanded her work into designing her own furniture pieces. She draws inspiration from Finnish design, traditions and timeless aesthetics.

At our atelier on Fredrikinkatu, you can discover unique pieces of furniture restored and upholstered by our team. We believe that high-quality design is made to last and deserves a second chance.

In addition to our carefully selected collection, we also offer a full restoration service for our customers' own cherished furniture.

Vintage furniture can be professionally restored at De Andres Design, where nearly ten years of experience, traditional craftsmanship and a passion for Finnish design come together. Each piece is carefully and individually restored — beautifully and with lasting quality.

Rattan furniture can be repaired at De Andres Design in Helsinki. The work usually takes around one week, and we use high-quality materials sourced from Sweden. Prices can be found on our website.
