Founded in Helsinki in 1935, Artek has preserved its timeless character for more than 90 years. The iconic classics by Alvar and Aino Aalto, as well as furniture designed by other prominent Artek designers, are much more than functional objects to us \u2013 they are part of Finnish design and cultural history that we are committed to preserving for future generations.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t<p class=\"fs-8 lh-p mb-0\">De Andres Design specializes in the professional restoration and refurbishment of Artek furniture. We have more than ten years of experience in restoring design and vintage furniture. We do not aim to make old furniture look new. Instead, our goal is to restore its structure, functionality and beauty in a way that respects its age and history. Every piece of furniture is individually assessed before any work begins.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t<p class=\"fs-8 lh-p mb-2\">Artek refers private customers to us for the restoration of Artek furniture. We also work with auction houses, design retailers, collectors and galleries.
